Craft of the Month: Fall Family Bucket List Tree 🍂
September is the perfect time to slow down, get outside, and be a little more intentional about making memories together. This month, we're turning your family's fall plans into a simple little craft you can enjoy all season long!

🍁 How to Make It
1. Draw your boxes.
Draw your boxes to begin your list. Don't worry about making them perfect — little hands can help with this part!
2. Create your bucket list.
Together, choose your family's favorite fall activities and write one next to each box.

Begin to mark off the boxes throughout the season as you complete each activity.

Chase and Taylor recently made their way back to North Texas, moving to Van Alstyne in March after spending time all across Texas, including a three-year stint in Dallas. In 2025, they had the opportunity to purchase Home Instead of Collin County, which remains their day-to-day business.
But they weren't quite finished building.
Metroplex Restroom Trailers was born as an opportunity to step outside the franchise world, build something from the ground up, and become more connected to the community they now call home. Most of all, Chase and Taylor love the opportunity to serve their neighbors during some of life's most special celebrations.
Metroplex offers portable luxury restroom trailers for weddings, parties, special events, seasonal gatherings, and even long-term construction projects. With heating and cooling, running water, and the ability to operate independently of a power or water source, their trailers offer a comfortable and elevated alternative when your event needs additional restroom facilities.
And there's a fun little story behind how it all started: the first time Chase and Taylor ever saw a portable restroom trailer was at an annual fundraiser for Ride On Center for Kids (ROCK), a Central Texas nonprofit providing equine-assisted therapy for children and veterans with disabilities. They were fascinated by the concept — and the rest is history!
Because sometimes it's the little details that make a big difference — and we're always happy to spotlight a local business helping make celebrations just a little better. ✨

Tiny pizzas. Big game-day energy. 🏈🍕
Use English muffins or mini naan to make adorable individual football pizzas. They’re easy enough for toddlers to help assemble and perfect for a little game-day table.
What You'll Need
🍕 Mini naan or English muffins
🍅 Pizza sauce
🧀 Shredded mozzarella
🍗 Optional: finely chopped cooked chicken or turkey pepperoni
🥦 Optional: finely chopped veggies
🏈 A little mozzarella for the football “laces”
Little Helper Job:
Let your toddler spread the sauce, sprinkle the cheese, and help add the toppings. For the finishing touch, use thin strips of mozzarella to create football laces on top!
Bake according to your naan/English muffin and cheese package directions, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and this month we're shining a little light on an organization doing something incredibly meaningful for Texas families.

No family should have to face childhood cancer alone.
Heroes for Children provides financial and emotional support to Texas families who have a child battling cancer, helping ease some of the everyday burdens that come with an incredibly difficult diagnosis.
From helping with essential expenses to creating meaningful experiences and providing comfort and care, their mission is simple: show up for families when they need it most.
And because they're right here in North Texas, this month's cause feels especially close to home. Heroes for Children serves families across the region, including Collin, Grayson, Denton, and Dallas counties.
🎗️ September is a reminder to wear gold, spread awareness, and show a little extra love to the families walking this road.
